Interior & Exterior Painting

Whole-house repaints, single rooms, cabinets, and Florida exteriors that have to survive sun, salt and a rainy season.

Almost every paint job that fails early failed at the prep stage, not the paint stage. On Florida exteriors that means chalking stucco that was never washed and sealed, or caulk joints that were painted over instead of cut out and replaced.

We spend the first day of an exterior on washing, scraping, caulking and priming, and we will tell you which of those a house needs before we quote. Inside, it is the boring version of the same thing: filling, sanding, and masking properly so the cut lines are actually straight.

What’s included

  • Interior repaints — whole house, single rooms, ceilings and trim
  • Exterior stucco, siding, soffit and fascia
  • Cabinet refinishing and interior doors
  • Pressure washing, scraping, caulking and priming as standard
  • Drywall repairs made good before any paint goes on
  • Furniture covered, floors protected, tidy site every evening

Before & after

The same room, from the same spot

We mark the floor before we start so the after photo is taken from exactly where the before was. Drag the handle.

Before: office with the ceiling opened up and drywall repairs in progress After: the same office finished, painted and fitted out Before After

Office ceiling

Ceiling rebuilt, room put back

Ceiling opened for access, re-hung and refinished, then the whole room repainted.

Common questions

Things people ask before they call

How long will an exterior repaint last in Florida?

With proper prep and the right coating, 7 to 10 years on stucco. Without the prep, sometimes as little as two — which is why we will not quote a cheap wash-and-spray. If a competitor is dramatically cheaper, ask what they are doing about the chalking.

Do you move furniture?

We move and cover what we reasonably can. Anything heavy, fragile or irreplaceable we would rather you handle or point out, and we will work around it.

Can you match a colour we already have?

Yes. Bring us a chip, a leftover can, or we can take a sample from the wall and have it matched. If a room has faded unevenly we will tell you honestly whether a match will show.

How many coats?

Two, over the appropriate primer, unless we tell you otherwise before we start. A single coat over a big colour change never covers properly no matter what the tin says.
