About Honchar Remodeling

Honchar Remodeling is two brothers. Casey and Tyler started it in North Fort Myers in 2021, because they were tired of watching customers get let down by contractors who did not turn up, did not finish, and did not answer the phone afterwards.

We are deliberately small. One of us quotes your job, and one of us is there while it gets done. The person you call when something is not right is the person whose name is on the company. There is no dispatcher, no account manager, and no rotating subcontractor crew who have never seen your house before.

Being brothers is not a marketing line, it is the reason the guarantee works. Neither of us can walk away from a job that was finished badly, because the other one still has to live with it.

It also means we say no to work. If a job is outside the counties we cover, or outside what we are genuinely good at, we will tell you and point you somewhere better. We would rather turn down a job than do it badly with our name on it.

Why the guarantee exists

Every remodeling customer has the same fear, and it is a reasonable one: that the crew will take the deposit, do eighty percent of the work, and vanish when the snag list appears. The written guarantee is our answer to that. Anything not finished to your standard, we come back and correct it free — and it is on the quote you sign, not buried in terms nobody reads.

It costs us occasionally. It is worth it every time.
