What we do
Residential and commercial
The same crew and the same standard whether it is one bathroom or a whole unit. We’d rather be very good at a short list than average at a long one.
Before & after
Drag the handle. That’s the same room.
A finished wall looks like a wall — the skill is invisible when it’s done right. So we shoot every job from the same marked spot before we start and after we finish.
Before
After
Bathroom remodel
Yellow tile to a clean, modern bath
Full strip-out and refit — new vanity, mirrors, lighting and large-format tile throughout.
Before
After
Shower conversion
The part you never see, done right
Bonded waterproof membrane over the whole wet area and a flood test before a single tile went on.

- In writing, on every jobNot a slogan. It’s on the quote you sign, and it doesn’t expire when we drive away.
- An owner is on the jobCasey or Tyler, every time. We’re small on purpose — you get the people whose name is on the truck.
- We leave it cleaner than we found itFloors covered, dust contained, everything hauled out. It’s the part customers mention most.

What customers say
Reviews from real Florida jobs
“Casey and his crew were outstanding. From the very beginning the professionalism was evident. They were efficient and very careful in their work. We had a 75 foot lanai ceiling to replace, texturize and paint. All done in three days. Excellent job! They moved all the outdoor furniture and replaced it, making sure everything was back in place.”
“Honchar did a great job, they are very detail oriented, and reasonably priced. They did our new flooring late last year, and I rehired them recently to do our bathroom remodel. The end result was fantastic!”
“Want to thank Honchar Remodeling for the professional work and support they performed at my residence due to the Hurricanes in October. A complete demo and drywall installation. Thank you to the owners Casey and Tyler and their hard working crew.. Nice job!”
“We used Honchar Remodeling to paint the exterior of our home. From start to finish they went above and beyond our expectations. From returning our calls to meetings at our home prior to painting, they reassured us the job would be done right.”
“We were very happy with our remodel done by Honchar. Communication was excellent, response time excellent. Their team was clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them.”
“Had a great experience with Honchar Remodeling!! They painted my house and it came out perfect. Very professional and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend them to others.”
“Honchar Remodeling was easy to work with and was able to work within my budget. Came when they said they would and good communication.”
